How the training works

Online Pre-Work

You’ll receive access to a library of pre-recorded video lectures that you can watch at your own pace. These materials can be reviewed anytime—before or after the live course—to reinforce key concepts and support long-term learning.

In-Person Intensive

Four days of on-site classroom learning with hands-on practice inside the sauna. Participants move from foundational theory to practical demonstrations, applying concepts in real heat environments. Learn the fundamentals of Aufguss, First aid, Physics and Physiology.

Exam & Certification

The training concludes with a written exam on sauna science and safety, followed by a practical Aufguss assessment. Participants who successfully complete both earn an official completion certificate.

$1895

I highly recommend this certification to anyone who will be guiding others through sauna sessions, or to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of the practice for their own personal use.
